I have not had it but a few weeks. Time will tell if it is durable and reliable, the features all consumers agree is the most desireable. It is roomy for its' size, especially the side shelves. I do find removing the glass shelves to clean is a challenge as is getting the glass readjusted to the frame should it become slightly separated in that process. My first ( used) refrigerator in the 70's had wire shelves. Super easy to take out, easy to clean and didn't break.

This refrigerator stopped getting cold and stopped freezing with one week left on my warranty. I called to get it covered and got nothing but a run around for three weeks. Once the repair was FINALLY confirmed the repair person cancels my appointment saying it™™s not covered after EVERY employee at Frigidaire told me it would be. Now here we are two days before our family Thanksgiving and no refrigerator. This product wasn™™t impressive and the lack of customer care and service was even less impressive.

My fridge is about 4 years old and it™™s still going strong! Amble space and budget-friendly. It did have one issue with a rogue wiring knocking loose randomly, but that resolved quickly with an hand person repair and it™™s back up now. Content with this fridge.

The fridge is very good. It cooled down quickly. After a couple of days I installed an ice maker. It wasn™™t that bad to install and the directions were perfect. The only problem I encountered was I found a second set of directions at the bottom right back corner of the fridge. After reading this set of directions I proceeded and used the original set of directions to setup the ice maker. I didn™™t reinstall the back of the fridge until a couple of days after I installed the ice maker to ensure there were no water leaks. The ice cubic maker started producing ice in about 4 hours. The ice cubes are small and it takes quite a while to make lots of ice cubes. Not a big deal it™™s a first world problem.

1st Delivery team was great except for water collection tray at back of old fridge that I wanted to drain before moving.They didn't listen so when I came back with tool to remove the water, they were already moving the unit.There was minor spillage on carpet and wood floor but not enough to hit the ceiling about. At the start, they swore that I didn't have to move anything. Wrong!So I did the wipe-up and silently reckoned with the side swipe of fast moving machismo that rolls over women's preferences. With 1st fridge, inspection visit by Freddie confirmed that due to missing part, true top door does not operate properlyFlimsy build resulted in a fit and finish issue: Large gap between trim & door panel leaves white clips disturbingly visible. Freddie said request a discount or an Exchange.Really hoped that Lowes' techs could make the minor corrections rather than have to undress and redress another fridge.Also, FRIGIDAIRE drawers are made of a very thin plastic and do not stay closed.Bottom drawers lack the weight and feel of a durable product that inspires confidence in longevityEven under normal use by one person, the plastic felt liable to crack at any moment.A part was included but not defined in manual.Delivery guy said I would not find a description in the manual but that it's for switching the door from left to right. Stainless steel protective film did good job protecting finish but very difficult to remove, especially for a 71 yoa senior.Removal took an inordinate amount of time and trouble and still some remnants in joints and channels are troubling loose ends.Lowes would not give me sufficient discount for the damage and trouble to motivate me to do the extra work to track down remedies from the manufacturer so I opted for an exchange.Half off for the trouble would be fair.But, I was only offered 10% discount @ $69.Team delivering the replacement was excellent, WALTER and Jerman.They even stripped that tough film off the doors without my request.They made sure doors were operating correctly and confirmed that no trim clips were exposed.HIGH MARKS for the 2nd crew.

This refrigerator has been a great addition to our office kitchen. It is large enough to house all of the drinks for our office while still allowing space for folks to store their lunches. It has been working well and it is relatively easy to buff fingerprints out of the doors.

I didn't want "bells and whistles." This fridge is great, and even though it is smaller than many, it holds a TON. Drawers slide really easily, and with the top freezer, I don't lose track of things.

This new 18.3 Cu Ft top freezer refrigrator replaces a bigger bottom freezer refrigerator that expired during the latest heat wave. I am pleasantly surprised at how roomy this unit is both the freezer and refrigerator easyily accommodates all of my food and beverage needs. It is much quieter than the old "monster' and is silent once it reaches optimum temperatures. Plenty of shelve room in both doors of freezer and fridge. Two large clear vegetable/ fruit bins and glass shelves make visible all the food. Very pleased with the delivery and customer service from Home Depot as well.
