This new GE Profile double oven replaces a 21 yr-old workhorse. Love the new all-digital controls and larger oven windows. The full-extension main rack makes pulling out a full pan of cookies easy and safe. The first pan of biscuits were perfectly browned with no "little extra time, just in case."

First time I pulled the rack out to put roast in, the rack scratch the wall of the oven. I have never owned a oven that was paint instead of porcelain coated. Can imagine what this is going to look like after a few uses. Spent thousands on this set of double ovens and never seen paint used instead of porcelain.

Great upgrade

We needed to replace our GE profile oven as it was starting to show some issues (some buttons weren't working, functions, etc but not bad considering it was about 20 years old!) GE has made a quality oven in this model that we purchased. It looks very sleek and modern. It doesn't take very long to heat up (just about 10-12 minutes.) I'll have to test out the convection bake function (probably more for baking cookies), but I did use convection bake to cook a spiral ham for Easter and was slightly disappointed because it didn't seem to have heated it up very much after 1 1/2 hours. I will keep at it. I did roast a chicken and it came out beautifully as did the roast potatoes I've made. I have the app for remote starting the oven which is really cool so when I get home from running my kids places the oven will be preheated ready for dinner to get started. We've only had the oven since March, but am definitely loving it.

I went from a single wall oven that was over thirty years old to this beauty! The oven pre-heats fairly quickly and cooks food evenly and to the perfect temperature. I love the wifi enable wifi app that allows you to control the ovens and check temperature. The one major suggestion I would make to anyone purchasing any oven is to run the oven at temperature of 300-400 degrees for about an hours after it is installed and set up to cook off any oils/lubricants from manufacturing.

Less than 2 weeks and it doesn't work now

Looks great we were excited to finally have a double oven. Not sure why only the upper is convection, that's disappointing but not a show stopper. Easy to use…if you read the manual. Right at 2 weeks it "freaked out". The oven lights won't turn off. Sometimes the lower will turn off but if you open the upper door and close it the lower light comes on. The oven tries to turn on but then less than 30 seconds it shuts down and displays that the oven door is open. This happens on both ovens. Went online to find help. Only found one thing: turn off the breaker for 30 seconds and it will reset…No it doesn't. Doesn't even reset after 12 hours of being off. Only thing you can do is schedule a repair visit. There is no phone tech support.

This double oven is a piece of junk.

This double oven is a piece of junk. General electrical not standby whatever is wrong with the seven. It was leaking heat around the doors and they did change the gasket which helped that. The problem is that there is a finish problem on the bottom of the upper stove that they will not address. The temperature control is variable on the top stove. I'm very disappointed with this product.

We haven't had our wall oven for a super long time yet, but I love so many things about it! I love that it has a warming and proofing setting on both the upper and lower oven. I love the meat prove that connects to the top oven and that the top oven has a shelf that slides out easily!
