The fridge has a ton of space and really like the crispers. The middle drawer is very convenient and adds extra space to the fridge and also it can be used as a freezer as well. Great design and love the water dispenser in the door. The ice maker is in the freezer where it should be located.

My fridge caught fire and Frigidaire did nothing

Nightmare product! Within 2 months started getting high temp warnings and it would shut itself down. Hundreds of dollars worth of food spoiled. Then the water dispenser started leaking. It leaked into the flex drawer electrical panel and caused a fire (11/17/2023). Customer "service" completely unhelpful. Waited three weeks for repair guy to come out. Had to buy apartment size fridge in the meantime. Took 7, yes seven, MONTHS to receive new parts that did not fix hi-temp or dispenser issues. Repair guy came out 6 times, worked on water dispenser three times- still spays water everywhere, including on the flex drawer electrical panel. Thankfully I bought extended warranty from retailer and now (9/25/2024) will be getting a new fridge - not a Frigidaire. Frigidaire did nothing to help and couldn't even find records of my several calls to them.

We love it, particularly the middle drawer that can be either cold or frozen. For the past 23 years we have owned a monogram because at the time we owned a b & b and needed the extra refrigerator space. It seems to be just as much because the Frigidaire utilizes space better.

Freezer stopped freezing after 1 month

Our unit was delivered by Lowe's on March 30. May 14th we received an alert from the freezer that the temperature was too high. We called Frigidaire and a service company was contacted and came the next week. They said we probably left the freezer door open and they left. Later that day we had another high temp alert on the freezer. Contacted service company again and they came back a week later. Turned out they weren't qualified to fix whatever was broken and a different company was dispatched. This is now July. Second company comes and they say they need to order parts. Two months later, they come back and replace the compressor, the computer board and another component. So this is September 16th. So it took from May 14th to September 16th to have this work done. Still undetermined if this actually fixed the problem. I also got a survey from Electrolux which goes to a broken page: Unable to load survey. (009)

We love the sleek look and functionality of the refrigerator. It took a couple of days for the icemaker to work as it should and the "snack" drawers are little awkward, but happy with it overall. The drink drawer is very nice as it allows for more space in the main area. The drawer also has multiple uses/settings which adds to its flexibility.

The fridge is extremely well built and includes all the bells and whistles. Love the soft-closing doors. My only issues with it having only used it one week are the control lock is too easy for kids to unlock (the unlock button lights up and invites children to press and hold). Within the short time of having it, we already had our 3 year old open the flexidrawer and a dozen cans of soda exploded overnight when he had changed it to freezer instead of cold drinks. Not fun to clean.Also, the snack zone is too small to practically use for much of anything (other than a handful of cheese sticks). Feel this is a missed opportunity of valuable fridge space.

A great space saving counter depth Refridgerator

We had owned a Gallery series refridgerator prior to this one for about 14 years... some issues with failed icemaker and water dispenser created a reason for change... plus we had recently had the kitchen remodeled so we also wanted something the fit the space. This turned out to be a great fit... and it actually seems bigger inside with the move of the icemaker to the lower freezer compartment. You wouldn't know from looking at it that it has an icemaker and water dispenser. The water dispenser is cleverly concealed in the edge of the left door with all the main controls and visual warnings for when the air filter and water filter need replacing. It has a middle draw which is multipurpose... using the settings on the drawer you can decide what type of product you want stored. Frozen, cans of soda, perishables etc... a very nice addition. Main fridge is nice and clean looking. It has a great led lighting system. Ample storage space in the doors to. The shelves/bins are fully adjustable. Just lift pull and move to your requirements.Bottom drawer freezer is a nice size... internally it has a sliding drawer that contains the bin for the ice and an area to the left for other frozen items.. Below that is the main freezer with ample storage. It freezes things solid... Great for ice cream and other frozen treats. Another feature that I like is the external accent lighting which is selectable in the door controls.

We've only had this appliance for less than a month so I cannot yet speak to it's reliability or longevity. We do like the look of the fridge and love the innovative flex drawer. The fridge has ample storage capacity and you can adapt the shelves and door bins to your own needs. The freezer is a nice size as well. The water dispenser is in the left door edge making it very easy to access, no matter the size of receptacle, from small glass to large pitcher. In a nutshell- we are very happy with it!

Overall seems like a great fridge. Access, lighting, etc all very good. My only criticisms are that the water traveling through the unit fit the ice maker can make a high pitched noise that is a bit annoying. The drawer handle lights are cool, but absolutely need an option to dim them (currently can only be on or off). And the leveling feet in the front don™€™t prevent the unit from sliding back when the door is open/closed. It only moves a fraction of an inch each time, but has already damaged my drywall when I opened the door without realizing how far back it had slid.

IT IS A NIGHTMARE

Refrigerator delivered 9/14/23. We have kept up on new filters every 6 months. On 7/31/24 it started frosting over in the freezer and froze all the drinks in the second drawer. Items exploded all over. We called for repair and were told you only use one place 100 miles away Phx, AZ and it will be 8/20/24 before they will come and no emergencies allowed. Since then all the lights went out and we woke up today with everything in the freezer defrosted and ruined and now in the trash. We even tried to get a repairman here and pay him but can™€™t get anyone here until Thursday. We waited on hold for literally hours trying to talk to someone there and finally tried texting. We have run through all the troubleshooting time and again which is all they seem to know. HELP US PLEASE!!?? This is an expensive disaster.

Damaged Good & Horrible Service

I was extremely excited to have this refrigerator installed. Within 3 months the refrigerator has broken. First the ice maker stopped making ice now the refrigerator will not cool. The temperature in the refrigerator was 80 degrees. I had to throw all of my food in the taste. It took over a week to have someone come to service it. None of the parts were in stock. I have been without refrigerator for over two weeks during the hottest month of the year . The arrive reps only give you the runaway. I will never purchase or recommend this company
