Fridge came with slight damage off the truck. Delivery crew alerted us right away and we were offered a discount. We are enjoying having a new refrigerator. Everything seems to be working well. And we can't even notice the dent unless you look for it

I have already had the ice maker replaced, a month ago. It took two weeks to produce one full tray of cubes. PC RICHARDS replaced the ice maker, but not the solenoid for water. The ice maker is useless.

A really great upgrade for me from the older model. Love the extra shelf space. It feels like we can fit a lot more in the fridge and never run out of space. The lighting is also bright and really great compared to the older model. Great temperature as well I feel like it stays cooler than the older model.

If you've got an older kitchen like mine, space really matters. We didn't want to do a major renovation to fit in a huge new fridge, so this was one of two that would fit in the space. We also liked that we could swap the hinge so that the door opened the other way, which worked with our "work triangle" much better. I like that there are no handles on the doors. The ice-maker was sold separately and my husband (who is very handy) was able to install it with ease. It does show fingerprints very easily!

This refrigerator has been an absolute nightmare since receiving it only 5 months ago. The freezer stopped working 3 weeks ago and a technician came out. He was unable to fix it immediately and let me know a replacement part was on backorder and wouldn't be available for 2 months. I have a warranty, so I should be receiving a replacement fridge as 2 months without a refrigerator is a death sentence for a household with insulin. I have been on the phone/chat with Frigidaire constantly for 3 weeks and they still have not shipped the replacement. This purchase has been an enormous mistake and I will beg everyone I ever meet to avoid this company. Hundreds of dollars of food have been thrown away and Frigidaire still won't give an answer regarding my replacement. Horrible appliance, horrible customer service, horrible warranty system. 3 weeks and still no action, do not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased this item from PC Richards and Son four months ago. I am having issues with the lower part of the fridge not keeping my food cold. The freezer works fine but the lower fridge does not. I had a technician come out he stated to cut the fridge off for 24 hours, losing my food in fridge and freezer- I tried that and it seemed to work until about 4 days ago. I've tried getting on the phone but they are very difficult to reach. Please advise.

2 issues: freezer door pops open when fridge door is closed, and vice versa. Tipped unit backwards past level to ensure doors close most of the time. I can predict food spoilage soon. 2'nd issue; freezer shelf will not fit properly in the upper position, the design of the rear of the compartment has a contour that impedes the shelf from sliding all the way back and locking in place. Checked with the retail store, they said the floor model they have has the same issue, and as such it's a manufacturing defect, no warranty, goodby.

Compared to my old Whirlpool fridge (I had one of those old white refrigerators *cue the Nene Leakes sound bite*) my new Frigidaire is a dream. All I wanted was a fridge to cool my foods and not spoil my groceries within a few hours of me purchasing it. And now my new fridge extends the life of my produce and keeps my dairy products cold. Love it. Wish it had a water and ice dispenser built in, but I™™m a little peeved that I would have to pay extra for these features. Whatever, I still like this fridge.
